The SENTINEL consortium gathered online on the 5th of July 2024 for the project's final review meeting, marking the culmination of a successful 36-month journey. Throughout this collaborative endeavor, we are delighted to report achieving all project milestones by delivering a comprehensive, cost-efficient solution. Initiated in June 2021 and concluded in May 2024, this remarkable feat was made possible by the collective dedication and hard work of all partners involved. Noteworthy achievements include the establishment of cross-project collaborations to enhance dissemination and communication efforts, aligning with key performance indicators.
SENTINEL has made a significant scientific and technological impact in streamlining privacy assessments to adhere to GDPR regulations. The SENTINEL platform offers substantial value to businesses handling EU citizen data, enhancing overall security and privacy while fostering trust and safeguarding individuals’ personal information. The project has made significant contributions into the field, reflected via numerous publications, policy-related documents, white papers, collaboration with multiple EU projects, development of innovative technology components and services.
